Here are the shenanigans we're getting into

Nobody builds an eight figure business on spreadsheets alone. The strategy is half of it. What you feel and who you're being is the other half, and you'll get both.

  • How seven and eight figure businesses get architected before the first hire
  • Case studies from the companies we're working on right now (no names, of course) and the real decisions behind them
  • What's working, what isn't, and what we did the day we found out
  • What an exit asks of the founder years before an offer shows up
  • The fear, the doubt, and the oh shit moments nobody puts on a stage
  • How to build a business that runs smooth like butter and keeps growing even when you're doing something else

Who it's for

These calls are for seasoned entrepreneurs ready to move beyond blueprints, templates, and cookie cutter coaching.

Established, seasoned entrepreneurs running service-based businesses. Visionaries and innovators who want more income, more freedom, and an impact that outlasts them.

They're the founders we work with. I know exactly what you're dealing with. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.

Skip this one if you're still deciding whether to build, want someone to hold your hand, or need the intensity turned down.

What this is

This is not an advisory call. We charge for those.

This is your look at what's possible and what we're up to, so you can see what a business built this way looks like from the inside. You'll leave seeing your own business differently. What you do about it is yours.

Think of it as pulling up a chair in the room while the work is happening. You'll see what we're building right now, why we're making the calls we're making, and where it's getting messy.

Some of it will confirm what you're already doing. Some of it will make you rethink it. Take what's useful and leave the rest.

I'm Kelly O'Neil

You've seen the highlight reels: the launch posts, the exit headlines, the stage photos. I'm showing you the footage that never makes it out.

For 32 years, seven in corporate Silicon Valley and 25 building my own companies, I've architected, scaled, and sold businesses across multiple industries. I've also lost a few. In this live session I'm opening the doors on what we're building right now: what's working, what's falling apart, and every decision I'm making in between.

I'm holding nothing back. The strategy, the emotions, the mistakes, the oh shit moments. (Do not ever mistake me for someone with a blocked throat chakra.) If that makes you nervous, this isn't your room.

I landed in Silicon Valley at 19 and went on to lead the product launches of Quicken '98, '99, and 2000 at Intuit. At 27 I repositioned eVoice, and AOL Time Warner acquired it seven months later.

I launched my own business in 2001, and my first client was Morpheus. I raised capital, lobbied on the Hill, killed the Howard Berman Bill, and helped them win their lawsuit.

In 2009 I created Marketing to Millionaires™, now the industry standard for marketing premium services to high-net-worth clients. Seth Godin gave my company a Purple Cow Award for being one of America's most innovative. I've shared stages with Tony Robbins, Lisa Nichols, Tim Ferriss, and Jack Canfield.

Today I'm a futurist, the founder of Phoenix Growth Partners, the creator of the Fusion Paradigm™, the author of EPIC AF, and an active investor. I've been making accurate futurist predictions in the entrepreneurial industry since 2001. When I put my capital behind a founder, I'm personally on the hook, so my read has to be right.

I've also had my entire life and business blow up, and I came back stronger than ever. That's in the room too.

Get on the list.

Join once and you'll hear about every one of these calls.

Come to the ones that resonate. Skip the ones that don't. I'm not chasing anybody, and the right people show up.

Live call. No replay. Let's get EPIC, shall we?
